How long does delivery take?
Production typically takes 15–30 days depending on style and order quantity. Shipping adds 5–10 days by express air (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or longer by sea freight. We confirm the exact timeline for your order before production starts.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Guangzhou, China. Options include international express, air freight and sea freight — door-to-door (DDP) service is available for most destinations.
What is your return policy?
As a made-to-order wholesaler we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If any piece arrives with defects or doesn’t match the approved spec, report it with photos within 7 days of receipt and we will replace or credit the affected pieces.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Our focus is B2B wholesale — small-batch orders are welcome, but single-item dropship fulfillment is not a service we provide.
Do you do private label?
Yes. OEM and ODM orders are welcome: your labels, custom colors, custom sizing and design adjustments on request. Tell us your brand requirements and we’ll confirm what’s possible per style.
